Trainee Dental Nurse

Thirty Three Dental is a private practice where we pride ourselves on our customer service and individualised approach to dentistry. We are keen to develop our staff in a caring environment. We actively encourage personal development and learning.

We are currently looking to take on an Apprentice Dental Nurse. The training is provided by Aspiration Training who provide you with a tutor and guidance throughout the course. Other support is provided within the practice by our dentists and other nurses who have all recently been through the same training successfully.

This would suit someone wishing to work part time or full time though the apprenticeship scheme requires a minimum number of hours on the job training.

Job description
To manage the surgery including opening, closing and cross infection control.
To care for patients including assisting the dentist and some reception work.
To communicate with patients, the rest of the team and the dentists.
To help ensure the appearance of the practice is well kept and clean.

Ability to work well with others
Caring and calming
A good communicator with other team members and patients
Enthusiastic
Computer literate
Organised
